Introduced last year, The Model One is intended to be a kind of millennial-friendly version of the more premium models. The color is a white and blue, instead of silver and black – but besides that, some slightly lighter materials, and some quite minor layout tweaks, it is much the same as the other models. We can tell you after some experimentation with both the Model One, and the Model Two along side each other, they are functionally identical. Both devices operate in the same way: A needle moves down through the cork, wine comes out, and argon gas goes in. Argon canisters are replaceable (every canister manages approximately three bottles of wine) at a cost of approximately HKD 80 per canister, so assume somewhat under HKD 6 per glass for consumables. Both use the same needle (though the Model Two has a slightly "quicker" needle), and also operate in an identical manner.
