Vinoble is proud to represent Nomad Whisky Hong Kong. This is a quality blended whisky born in Scotland where it is aged for 5 to 6 years in Oloroso sherry casks. It then travels to Jerez in Southern Spain where it is finished in American oak casks which previously contained old Pedro Ximenez Sherry. Nomad was born just a few years ago, when the master blenders Antonio Flores and Richard Patterson discovered that the best finish for this special whisky came from Pedro Ximinez casks, left to mature in the unique atmosphere of Jerez, where changing temperatures, humidity, maritime influences - and of course the native yeasts present in their cellars - give Nomad its particular personality.
