Vinoble is proud to list the Grappas of Poli Distillery Hong Kong. Since 1898 the Poli family has operated their artisanal grappa distillery situated in the center of the Veneto, near Bassano del Grappa. Now, fourth-generation Jacopo Poli has elevated grappa creation to an art form. Choosing just the freshest grape pomace from some of the finest winemakers in Italy, he uses a traditional copper pot still - the same one that has been in operation for more than a century. Jacopo strict quality philosiphy means he does not accept grape pomace that cannot be immediately processed, and works closely with producers during crop to ensure this. This attention to detail has resulted in grappas with extraordinary fruit qualities and unrivaled sophistication.
