We strive to make sure every order is perfect, but should you find your order to be damaged, or faulty, we will exchange or return goods purchased within 15 days of delivery. We regret that we do not offer returns for reasons other than damage or fault.
Change of Vintage
For vintage updates, as per industry practice, items less than $HK 300, will be automatically fulfilled as the next available vintage. For vintage changes on wines over $HK 300 we will contact you to check if the new vintage is suitable for you before fulfilling your order. We regret that we do not accept returns on the basis of a vintage update for wines under $HK 300.
To Make a Return:
- Please email or call us at email@example.com / +852 2191 7388 to notify us of your details and the item you would like to return
- Ensure the goods are with their original product packaging
- Pack them with an appropriate external packaging such bubble wrap from your postal service
- We will arrange collection of the goods
- Once received and the damage or fault is confirmed, we will issue the refund or exchange within 5 working days
