Welcome to Vinoble. Access to and use of this website and the products available through this website are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and you accept and agree to be bound by them. It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above. A person of 18 years or older is required to receive the goods and identification such as Hong Kong ID card may be required as proof of age. We make every effort to ensure information on the site, including but not limited to, product information, images, pricing, stock availability, shipping terms and promotional details are up to date - however we will not be responsible for any loss resulting from human error in updating these details on our website. Product sizes are assumed to be 75cl for wine and 70cl for spirits, unless specified otherwise in the product description. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products in your order we will notify you by email or phone before the indicated delivery date. This website contains links to other websites that are not operated by Vinoble. We have no control over these sites and do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from their use.

You are required to register before placing an order through this website. During the registration: • You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information; • You must safeguard your username and password; • You authorise us to assume that any person using the site with your username and password is either you or is authorised to act on your behalf Vinoble has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided so that we can communicate with you effectively.

All goods are inspected by us before delivery and carefully packed for protection, however damage can occasionally occur in transit. It is the Customers’ responsibility to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Any claims must be lodged with us by phone or email at the time of delivery and no later than 3 days from the date of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.

Returns Policy
After payment is made an order cannot be cancelled and we do not accept returns for any reason other than faulty or damaged goods. We offer exchange or return on goods that are delivered as damaged or faulty. In order to be eligible for return, damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days of the date of delivery, and goods that are later found to be faulty must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Any refunds approved will be credited to the customer's credit card account within 5 working days of our receipt of returned goods, conditional on our assessment that they were fit for return. Any vouchers issued (both printed and electronic) are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher, including but not limited to redemption criteria, value and validity period. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

Vinoble shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received and all risks in the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.

Force Majeure
Vinoble shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.

Payment Terms
All pricing is in Hong Kong Dollars ($HK). Full payment is required prior to delivery of your order. The upper limit of purchase on this website is $HK 8,000. For any purchase over the value of $HK 8,000 or $US 1,000 please call our customer service hotline +852 2191 7388. Your offer to purchase made on Vinoble shall be subject to our sole discretion and may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock. After payment is made, an order cannot be cancelled. A final and conclusive invoice will be emailed to you upon order confirmation. Vinoble may from time to time set credit limits for individual customers and we reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to decline sales to any customer. Vinoble reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

General Delivery Terms
Delivery services are available within Hong Kong only. Delivery is free within Hong Kong, Kowloon and NT on orders over HK$ 800, for up to 10 cases. For orders under HK$ 800, an HK$ 80 delivery charge will apply. Delivery is available to a single location within most areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. An additional charge of HK$ 100 applies to outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. For outlying areas, please checkout online as usual, and we will contact you prior to delivery with a payment link for the additional charge. Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday (not available Sundays or public holidays) and is usually made with three working days of confirming your order. An additional working day may be required for delivery to outlying areas. Should the delivery address be unattended, additional charges will apply to re-schedule the delivery. If a delivery is requested to be left with building security or outside the door, Vinoble Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information, the delivery cost will be deducted from any returns. We make every effort to ensure that your order is received within the delivery time indicated, however delays can occur and Vinoble shall not be liable for any failure in its performance caused by shipping delays. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Vinoble immediately of any change to their delivery address. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods on receipt and report any damage or fault within the time period prescribed in our Returns Policy. We consider goods receipt or signing as the customers acceptance that the goods have been properly inspected and accepted by the customer.

Stock Availability
We make every effort to ensure that stock availability and vintages of items on our website are up to date. However, items turn over quickly and vintages come and go. Accordingly all orders are subject to final stock availability and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience that occurs as a result of an item being out of stock or change of vintage. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and offer the choice of a refund or exchange on that item. For turnover or change of vintage, as per industry practice, items less than $HK 300, will be automatically fulfilled as the next available vintage. For changes to vintage of items over $HK 300 we will contact you to check if the new vintage is suitable for you before fulfilling your order.

Non-Receipt of Goods
The customer, or a nominated person over the age of 18 years must receive the goods in person. If you have elected to receive the goods at a given time, but are not available to receive the goods at the designated time, the goods will be retained and the delivery rescheduled for an additional charge of HKD 100 + additional charges for outlying areas. If you would like us to leave goods outside your door without your receipt, please write this request in the comments section of the check out when paying for your order. However, please note that should you elect not to receive goods in person, we cannot be held responsible for any missing, damaged or mis-used goods.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and the Customer and Vinoble agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Vinoble may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Vinoble’s determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in other languages, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between different versions.
